"I've worked for NorAm for almost 2 years now, although a pretty fun environment, that's some major issues at the top of the company. Most employees are hired on a temporary service, and offered no real benefits outside of holidays, of which aren't the typical office holidays - like being off on the day after Thanksgiving. The "office" environment is non existent too, it's literally a tiny makeshift room in a very noisy "factory" floor, making for a very noisy "think tank"."
