"Worst company ever! Everything is done behind the cloak and under the table. CEO apparently makes strategies up on a day-to-day basis, and no roadmap whatsoever is provided or makes any sense. Too many interferences from the parent company in Taiwan, China to meddle with everyday work."

"I left a well established organization to join this start-up under the misconception that this is a promising new company with much room to grow and expand career-wise. I was so terribly wrong and regretted every minute of it while I was here. This is a highly dysfunctional and unbelievably inept foreign company which does not value people's time or local culture. The CEO has no business acumen whatsoever and the fact that it is controlled by a foreign company overseas that possessed barely any background in the US EV climate making it impossible for anyone to succeed working here. Bottom line: don't be fooled by the polished lines of its products are in 110 countries, because it's simply not true. I never figured out how the number 110 was derived. Also don't be fooled by the promises of going public or becoming one of the biggest EV charging solutions providers in the US, because it is not and it will never be unfortunately, at least not in the US. I'm glad my old company took me back."
