Severe lack of effective leadership, highly toxic environment. Company runs very badly, office politics/agendas and uses fear-based tactics to motivate employees. If you cross the wrong person, your career is over. Hopefully one day they will change their culture. There are more appointed managers and directors than staff, so you have a problem where everyone is a manager or director and nothing is done. Senior management is unable to make good decisions, more interested in creating their own empires. If you cross the wrong person, your career is over."
