"Be a extrovert, present yourself as someone who can produce results and carry the weight of a heavy client load."

What don't you like about working at Noland Co.?

"My experience with Noland Company was that I was put in a position where I had to learn a lifetime of knowledge in a very short time (2 months). Additionally I was appointed to the primary contact for a client that was very disorganized between its people in the field and management personnel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better health care package, more employee development for entry and mid level employees."
