"It can be tough working solo and it's often nice to have other co-workers around to bounce ideas off of. I work well in groups or solo, but it's much nicer to have other people around you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's best to let your employees do what they do best and supervise them with a friendly outlook. I think letting each person utilize their special skills in an environment is important."
