"I worked at Noetix for 8 years and found the culture appealing and the work challenging and interesting. Opportunity to wear many hats was a plus. The best part was the people, who were friendly, helpful and competent. Unfortunately, the company was only able to achieve modest profit and was acquired by a group of investors last year whose requirements for higher profit margins each year (20%-30%-40%) was achieved at the expense of savage staff cuts."
