"How to begin. I have no idea how anyone could work at this place for more than a few months. Most of the software developers do not speak or act like they don't speak English. I was treated like a 2nd class citizen and then discovered that most of them had worked together for many years. I also found it rude when they would start talking to each other in another language and looking at me and I had no idea what to do. They see, to think that software is more important than selling merchant services. This is fine, so why have salespeople sell credit card processing? ZERO support, They are comfortable in their space and apparently were bought a couple of years ago. However, the same people are still there? If you are an introvert and are desperate for a job, I guess take it. BUT KEEP LOOKING"

"I have worked for Nodus since 2011. While I like my co-workers and the work environment, management is very disorganized and has unfair expectations. The CEO is purely a developer, not a sales or marketing person, so he does not have a good understanding of our department but keeps on trying to get involved anyway."
