"Pressure of waiting for the next layoff and who it will be. Can't believe they manage by layoffs instead of getting rid of the dead wood through performance evaluations."

"Stop the lay offs and begin managing. Do weekly evaluations of employees, at least a note once a week on the good or bad the employee had done that week."
