"There is absolutely no support from corporate leadership. Even when they know a business unit is suffering under horrific leadership, they do nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Noble needs to get rid of its bad apples. Instead of leaving bad people in their positions and using the excuse of we can't find anybody else willing to do it, actually go and look harder. There are plenty of good people willing to take those positions."
