What don't you like about working at New Mexico State?

"The Cronyism was the worst I have ever seen. I was forced to take Medical leave because my boss did not like me. The Human Resources Department did not follow legal guideline and supported management who was out of control and not the employee."

"Senior Management needs to listen to the employees more and less to the managers. There are many employees who are miss treated and management gets away with it."
