What don't you like about working at New Mexico State?

"No health benefits or vacation. Getting funding for projects was difficult as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make getting funding a major priority and make the process easier."

"It's a terrific company to work for, and it gives you a chance to grow personally and professionally. My advice would be to give it your best shot!"

What don't you like about working at New Mexico State?

"There was little opportunity to move ahead, as a graduate instructor, we are not able to be promoted, and I dislike that factor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to help facilitate the graduates into their job search so that they are not left searching for a job with such a small amount of experience."

"I worked for the mechanical and aerospace department as a research assistant in the summer of 2019 and as a student assistant for the student accessibility services office from 2018 until December 2019. Working as a student in New Mexico State is a wonderful opportunity to develop your soft-skills, especially with people, and especially if you're an engineering student trying to break that awful concept people have about us not being good at communicating!"

"Boss always push employee, and between employee have not good relationship."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treatment of employees should be treated like family, do not push them."

"I work with this group for about a year and a half and the time I spent there gave more knowledge and experience in satellites and thermal/ structural analysis then I was expecting. Overall I enjoyed my time working with my team as an undergraduate."
