"There was little opportunity to move ahead, as a graduate instructor, we are not able to be promoted, and I dislike that factor."

Working as a student in New Mexico State is a wonderful opportunity to develop your soft-skills, especially with people, and especially if you're an engineering student trying to break that awful concept people have about us not being good at communicating!"

"I work with this group for about a year and a half and the time I spent there gave more knowledge and experience in satellites and thermal/ structural analysis then I was expecting. Overall I enjoyed my time working with my team as an undergraduate."
