"They ran into financial problems (this was around the time of the telecom meltdown)."

"Good management; maybe they jumped the gun moving forward with my product before they had the funding."

"Senior management lost focus and consequently the business faltered, eventually being sold to a competitor."

"NMS no longer exists as it was; there is new management and the company name is Livewire Mobile. I'd suggest that the company try to focus on the few products that work well for them, particularly in this economy, rather than trying to be all things to all customers."
