"Get classroom budget also in your interview. They phone interview and move fast I believe so you don't see how far and bleak the community is difficult to consider. If single this would be good position. Not for married or single parents its more difficult the hours and distance, that needs to be considered."

"Up the pay, get nearby housing for your staff to rent for reasonable rates. Help with those comuting from ABQ to cover costs time from home etc."
