"My boss was really flexible and understanding. It was an unpaid internship, and I only had to be there 16 hours a week."

"As long as you're not interning for a graphics position, I don't imagine you running in to any issues."

What don't you like about working at New Jersey Symphony Orchestra?

"I had to bring my own laptop every day to work since the computer they wanted me to use had out-of-date software on it. It was incompatible with the files my boss was creating on her computer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get another graphic design station. My boss at the time kept fighting to get me a new computer to use, but they fought her every inch of the way."
