"Deadwood leaders in this company, overpaid individuals that reap all carrier contributions, nepotism, it's not the knowledge and expertise or seasoned experience that one knows, its literally personal. Management turns a blind eye to those that work hard and promote individuals that are inadequate and incompetent. Poor leaders and supervisors that are not approachable, no efficient and thorough training at hand, examiners are temps, thrown to the wolves and expected to know processes and procedures, then expected to know at hand. Negativity amongst departments and no team building efforts are enforced. The Board of Directors should be aware of the inconsistencies that this non profit organization has been and continues to get away with."
