"I have worked with NJP Construction for coming on 9 years. Since I started working there the company has grown 39% YOY. NJP Construction now has 18 full time employees and works with several sub contractors. The most important company policy for me is customer satisfaction. If NJP Construction gives an estimate that is out of the clients budget they wouldn't adjust the contract and cut corners. The integrity of the company is too great. They would rather not take on an under budget project and produce a sub-par product."
