"Great place to work. You actually have to go and sell to people but if you're charismatic you'll get the job done and if you're good, you could be a manager within 6 months. The people are great and the managers are committed. It's still hard work though. Walking in the hot sun and possibly getting rejected on each sale takes a toll on you."
