"You need to be patient. Do not get yourself involved with all the water cooler talk. It only leads to a negative outlook."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"They have a major issue with management. An old company was brought over and there are still outstanding issues with the buyout which they discuss openly with new staff. Not a good team environment."
