"NICE was a great company to work for and probably still is if you are not an implementations engineer. The company has moved to an off shore 24/7 remote installation desk or RID team. They have been slowly reducing their U.S. based employees as this team gets up to speed since 2008 and I believe they will continue to do so."
"I've worked for NICE for 2 years and like it overall. I find it underwhelming in terms of compensation and feel the opportunities to get printed are limited at best."
"Nice place to start work .......... I have a good recommendation about this company."
