"Why do you even ask these questions?"
"This is a good company overall to work for. They have initial competitive pay but internal promotions can force you to take a lower pay than an outside hire would have available to them. This is a fairly rigid corporation that limits the ability to make changes quickly and effectively due to approval from several other controlling teams being required. This bodes well for large infrastructure changes, but for smaller projects this process hurts the company and all teams involved. The things they do for morale do help a lot. They organize a lot of activities and provide a decent amount of really good schwag. They have grown tremendously in the past few years, but have placed those people in Sales, Marketing and R&D. Teams in Application Operations, System Operations and Service Operations have all gone down in number leaving a small amount of people to support the infrastructure leaving some teams with 60+hour work weeks with all team members on call 24/7. System Operations ran for almost a year on 3-4 people supporting 7,000+ systems with no Manager or Director. Outside of the Operations teams, things seem to run really well. With some new management coming in, it looks like things may start changing, however it will be a slow process."
"Growing company, leader in the industry."
"I worked for InContact for over 4 years. I loved working with the people and the technology. We were able to do some really inventive things and work on the latest technology. I supervised some great people."
