"What I like most about working at this company is that it gives me the opportuinity to work in many areas of a business; managing employee hours, inventory, accounts payable, account receivable, as well as a myriad of other things."

"I would suggest that anyone interviewing with this company be ready to work hard. As it is a small company, each employee takes on a vital roll."

What don't you like about working at Nialaya Jewelry?

"I don't like the segregated structure of the business. As it is a small business, having only one employee in chage of all payables, receivables and bookkeeping allows for no checks an balances. I feel that the company has very little safeguards when it comes to many of the workers in the business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to management that they should apply more safeguards to inventory, petty cash accounts and anything that the employees have direct contact with."
