"A company that began with a well-intentioned product, but no clue on how to make it happen. When I joined the founder and co-founder had built a basic mvp, but it was on the completely wrong trajectory to accomplish the stated goals. Over the next several months I iterated on the interface and product design to make the goals viable. My reward for turning the company around was being pushed out with none of the promises of my initial employment ever being met and no thanks for the company being chosen to participate in challenging startup venture programs that they would have otherwise had little to no chance to reach otherwise."
