What do you like about working at NFM Lending?

"NFM is a rarity in the mortgage business. They put a great emphasis on enabling employees a work-life balance, and understand that while work is extremely important, so too is family. I am able to work from home as needed, and truly feel that my co-workers as well as upper management care about my well-being and that of my family. It is an open, accessible work environment, where ideas are heard and contribution is recognized."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Personality goes a long way. Make sure you shine as an individual but you also need to know your stuff. It's a pretty knowledgeable staff overall. Most are willing to help so as long as you are open to learning, you should succeed."

What don't you like about working at NFM Lending?

"It would be a real stretch to search for something I didn't like. Any gripe I have is with the industry in general so it would be unfair to pin that on this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to recognize and support staff. Allow collaboration and ideas to be heard and acted on."
