What don't you like about working at NFI Industries?

"strictly inside sales, no room for advancement, absolutely no assigned territories, cut throat sales. two out of five sales reps make all of the money. They have the top companies in the country to do business with. I was there to eat the scraps."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have assigned territories or at least make the playing field the same for all."
