"Zero ethics. If you’re not the manager's buddy, consider yourself disposable at any given moment. When one of their buds doesn’t feel like doing their job and you are yelled at and told to do it, so that person can leave early on, you’re fired. I know this as I was fired after 5 years for not allowing my manager to yell at me and belittle me in front of people."
"I worked at NFI for 5.5 years. Management is very insightful and strive to make the technology better."
"I’ve worked for NFI for nine months. They have great owners and a great senior leadership team supporting over 12,000 workers."
"I've worked for the NFI company for a few months now. The work environment is calm and relaxed. The work is always moving and getting the job done goes by so smoothly. NFI is a well rounded company to be part of and the shift I'm on makes it feel like a true family environment. The pay is okay for the type of work being done but the slow downs in work do get bad sometimes. When the work does pick up getting everything get fast pace but work so well with the environment."
"Good company leadership is misaligned most of the time to achieve what goals are necessary to win."
"NFI has given me opportunity and space to learn and develop in this industry."
"I have worked for my current company for the last 10 years. It is a great company to work for."
"I worked here for several years.."
"If you're looking for job security, respect, good management, organization, equal rights, working with adults, responsibility, etc., don't work for NFI Industries. Especially the Monroe, Ohio NFI. Terrible environment, no job security, the general manager is clueless. If you are a woman, different race or color or homosexual, they will find a way to get rid of you. No job is perfect but NFI Monroe, Ohio needs new management. NFI Monroe, Ohio may have a fighting chance. Their HR department is terrible too."
"I started working for NFI Industries in 2008 as a Junior Level Developer and made my way up in the company to a senior developer. Overall the people are great in the company and good to work for. The only flaw is that the increase of business needs to be responded with a bigger team."
