"Zero ethics. If you’re not the manager's buddy, consider yourself disposable at any given moment. When one of their buds doesn’t feel like doing their job and you are yelled at and told to do it, so that person can leave early on, you’re fired. I know this as I was fired after 5 years for not allowing my manager to yell at me and belittle me in front of people."

Terrible environment, no job security, the general manager is clueless. If you are a woman, different race or color or homosexual, they will find a way to get rid of you. No job is perfect but NFI Monroe, Ohio needs new management. NFI Monroe, Ohio may have a fighting chance. Their HR department is terrible too."
