Networking for Future Anonymous Employee
in Washington, DC

"Networking for Future (NFF) is a mom and pop IT staffing body shop that is trying to gain respect in the IT industry. A minuscule portion of the business comes from selling networking hardware so they claim networking as their business core. This is befuddling because they staff everything from application development to networking, even mainframe and database. Micro-management causes the corporate office to turn over completely every two years."

"Typical of Mom and Pop shops in IT, NFF has limited resources and they do not have relationships in the industry. Turnover in the corporate office is high. The management style in the corporate office is completely Micro. If you do not like to be micro managed, NFF is not for you. If you come onboard expect to have meetings with the CEO and President (almost daily) to talk about every nook and cranny, over and over again. Pro: They must overpay consultants in the field to attract talent."
