"I’ve worked for NCF and NV and Sons for the last 4+ years the last two plus years I was a superintendent for NV and Sons on all NCF projects then the owner asked me to work directly for him and the company and help him in a bind while his main super was out for emergency. I had the opportunity to stay but I want to see what else is available they are growing but not as fast and I want to be more challenged."
