"Interacting with customers and assisting them in resolving their complaints."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Bring a pen and be prepared to fill out a lengthy resume. Completing a resume is about the only interview process there is for this company."

What don't you like about working at NexxLinx?

"The extremely loud atmosphere of management when we as employees were trying to assist dissatisfied customers. Team leads/managers/supervisors unwilling or unable to assist CSR's."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"-Better training in assisting a CSR who may have never worked in a call center previously, so the new CSR's aren't afraid to answer phones, as-well-as keeping retention rates for new CSR's competitive with agents on the floor who have more experience.-Tougher recruitment/hiring standards in order to attract a better quality CSR.-Better pay to induce outstanding CSR's to stay with Nexx Linxx instead of job-hopping.-Better training (or start a training program) for any personnel in a leadership role. so that they may better met the needs of CSR's in their care."
