"This is an awesome company and I should know. I have been around the block so to speak as far as working for a variety of companies - both small and large and this company is one of the best I have ever worked at. Were it not for COVID and the impact it is having in my industry, I would probably never leave. So what's the catch? They really pay below market IMHO and the raises aren't the best. If you can overlook that then you might have found your final company to work for."
