"Overall, a great company to work for. Pay is competitive, but the hours can be long and stressful. Middle management is strong, where they lack is in the upper management disconnect with field operations. Field Supervision varies by the crew, but overall it is decent. The equipment is good from what I have seen, but the older stuff could use a redesign of the control systems. Be prepared to dedicate most of your time to the work, and you will be extremely successful in working with this company!"
