"Solid business model, growing pains to overcome: NextEra has been growing in the upstream oil and gas business for a few years now. Diversifying their portfolio in this way should provide solid returns for shareholders. This will not come without a few bumps along the way. While their operating model isn't best in class, there's a line of sight with the correct people in correct positions to achieve the returns expected and provide a solid diversification for the company."
