4.3I have worked for the Hyundai motor group for 3 years, which is an OEM company, has a large footprint around the world and then after my masters joined Nexteer Automotive (steering system supplier), I worked for 5 years as a product development engineer. Nexteer has a global footprint with 13000 employees working around the world. Nexteer Automotive’s customers include BMW, FCA, Ford, GM, PSA, SGMW, Toyota, RNM, Changan, Maruti Suzuki, VW, and DPCA as well as automakers in India, China, and South America.
3.2First employment as a contractor. Hard to take ownership when you're not a complete and vested part of the team. Great people to work with. Communication is decent and people listen. Do believe people would stay with the company if they would improve their benefit package.
3.1The people are amazing and the flexible time is good as well. As long as you get your work done and get your 40 hours in you can come in at almost whatever time you want as long as its before 9. However this can make it difficult for people that get in at 7 to do their jobs because the people they need aren't in the office yet. I found it difficult to separate myself from work. I would receive constant emails.
