"If you can't either assimilate or just grin & bear it this is not the place for you. Those who don't fit in with the rest are quickly shut out socially and then it's just a matter of time before they find a reason to shut you out of a job. "The small environment seemed to encourage cliques, favoritism, unnecessary drama, and lots of lost productivity due to an often hostile working situation. Benefits were affordable enough, but the company covered insurance plans were a nightmare to actually utilize when needed."
