"I worked for Next Horizon for quite a short duration. In this time I utilized their main operating system better than anyone has in 5 years. (Per VP of Operations) I managed to do this by training myself due to zero actual training from my direct manager, and upper management. I left because the environment was beyond toxic. The management would embarrass the team, and belittle anyone they felt was “below” them. I do not thrive in an environment where instilling fear and putting coworkers down."
