"Not the worst place to work, but certainly not very good."
What do you like about working at Next Generation Wireless?
"Unlmited earning cap. Every-changing environment keeps you busy. That's about it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you plan to have a job for over a year, this isn't going to work. If you want a part-time job, this isn't going to work for you."
What don't you like about working at Next Generation Wireless?
"The company has no clear directive. There is a lot of confusion between team members and pressure from the owner to sell harder, even when you have had an amazing day/month. Nothing seems good enough, and the company morale is very low despite what is communicated. You get yearly vacation time, but good luck getting approval to use it. Very high turn over from all levels of the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase stable communication. Decrease negativity toward all performance. Learn your products before your staff does. Your team won't take you serious if you don't know what you''re talking about."
