"At first everything. The management when I started was great change from my previous employer, but the owners laid off every person that made the company work"

"Run!"

What don't you like about working at NexGen Digital?

"The owners often created what can only be described as a hostile work environment. In my opinion laying off all the wrong people that made the business work, leaving the remaining staff to do the job of many. For example I was the lead QA inspector and after the lay offs my position became that of the QA manager, shipping and receiving, and order coordinator on top of my QA inspectors duties. Then I was laid off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think. Dont run your business with unstable emotions and then take those emotions out on your employees."
