"that they decided to lay off 1/3 of the staff cause they were not making money fast enough for the owners"

"Value all your people as assets, not just the developers. Everyone has a part to play and if you cut out those parts, the body as a whole doesn't function well."

"I like how family oriented this company everybody enjoys there family. Theirs know problem when you have to take off because of a family emergency or an appointment."
