"Make the benefit package more attractive."
"I loved my work and no matter where I work in New York I would too. I love engineering so much no matter what I do I always give 100% or more if it is necessary. I am tha kind of person that I always looking something new to learn and for this reason I never get bored."

"I was always busy and doing engineer work was very interesting."

"Always work hard and not matter what you do remenber you represent the company that you are working for, so feel like this company is part of you as well you are part of the company. You are one to achive the best work possible."

"Just, parking was really dificult. In general anything about the company was fine, but I needed to make a change in my life and I did. I have not doughts that I will find a company that can see that I have a lot talents and that I have a lot to offer. I am the kind of person that never stop learning. You can verify this by calling my references."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When a supervisor was chosen for a particular department, pick one that was knoledble about it. I mean if the supervisor was for an HVAC department choose a superosr with knoledge in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning."
