"It's a great company, unless you are working for the 2012 administration. While I see a positive future, now might not be the time to join."

"The vision does not expand to the IT department. There is no guide or good leadership for the direction the department is heading."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better organization. We have 8 people doing entirely different things all with the same job title. Project Management is non-existent, and should be positioned. Team meetings should include business concerns, not personal ones. Etc..."
