"don't believe the hype. lots of promises with little if any followthrough."

What don't you like about working at Newegg.com?

"leadership is horrible and short sighted. high percentage of company cares only about their monthly bonus and not actually doing a good job. Easy to do nothing and still get paid. Little oversite or training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring in all new management with actual US retail experience who are focused on turning the company around for the better. Stop using newegg as a cash cow for china development. Lastly, give your VPs some actual power rather then just a title with little say so."
