"This place is unsupportive to fresh graduates. They would expect them to just know what to do without any support or training. Of course, you can take it as a challenge but zero support would also mean that you don't care whether your employees would do the right thing for your company. If you can work without any training and be pressured to be good at what you do, then by all mean, this place is for you. But if you want learning and supportive management, avoid this place at all cost."
