"Don't interview with this company unless you have no choice."

What don't you like about working at Neway Packaging?

"The management at the company have very little regard for anybody. The turnaround was very high to the point where somebody was laid off or fired on a bi-weekly basis, and not because of the economy. They underpay their employees as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't bother, the management at this company is either family or been with the company since the beginning. Job stability is very very low."
