"Newalta was a great company to work for. The major issue I saw was that upper management was paranoid about safety to the point they jeopardized revenue. The final days of the company were stressful as the upper management was setting unrealistic goals and increasing the workload hoping for a miracle that saved the company from bankruptcy."
