"The company had to down-size due to the economic climate recently, which is why I no longer work for The New York Times. However, I actually understand why this happened. They had to do what was necessary for the good of the company."

"Keep doing what you have always done. There were so many programs and ongoing projects to raise the awareness of their employees and to help those who wanted to further their education."
