"Do not put your loved ones in here. Unhygienic facility. Uneducated staff, managers, owners. Recovery Center is voluntary and nothing is clean. Don't go here, even for the experience. It is about the inspections. The more inspections at all facilities the better. Better for the staff, better for the residents. CBH should investigate these facilities monthly including the Recovery Center. Work philosophy is tell on others, save yourself. Nothing is ever your own fault. Pay is minimal, more like an internship in bad behavior and bad influences. Residents stay in darkened rooms sleeping all day, no natural light enters the rooms. No wellness or recovery here. No benefits for staff or residents. Insurance is outrageous, many saying they are going to quit for the cost of insurance alone. The pay is really bad. Managers are paid well. Gossipers and slackers have it easy. Being politically correct is helpful. Consider yourself hard-working? Leave now. Brown-nose your way to the top and you'll go far. First priority you and your many supervisors and managers. Plural, there are many. Leave a job that has more than one supervisor or manager. People who have hard skills and are slackers will succeed without resistance. Good people leave, someone needs to fill it. The residents suffer, but they are being tended to, sort- of."
