"I accepted the position mainly because New South had a wide range of products that would accomodate my customer base. I also was familiar with the staff and knew it would be a good working environment. I never planned to stay long term since my goals are in management not origination."

What don't you like about working at New South Federal Savings Bank?

"No oppportunity for growth. The highest position was a branch manager at that location and it was filled."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Regional management was overall supportive and knowledgeable. Local management was supportive and somewhat knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be regarding support staff, have a support staff that supports the whole office not just the branch manager."
