"I worked for New Line Smile from 2015 to 2019. I had a very good relationship with my colleagues, manager, and the COO. As I was an overachiever I quickly was promoted to a middle management position so your hard work here will pay off. As a manager I was given the freedom to hire my own team, design my own strategies and pretty much had the freedom to work however I wanted to. I was forced to travel every other week, for 6 days out of that week, and vacation or sick days were never approved in the 4 years I worked for NLS. Also, the CEO does not care about anyone or understand business whatsoever. The only reason the company was surviving was due to the COO helping out. 4/5 Valuable experience gained, awful work life balance"
