"This is just my opinion and is based on the time I was employed with New Horizons."

What do you like about working at New Horizons?

"Working together as a team and the ability to learn as much as I could. Traveling across the country and training corporations gave me the feeling of accomplishment. I felt like I contributed so much to help the students and at the end of the day, I felt very worth-while."

What don't you like about working at New Horizons?

"During the years of my employment, I saw extremely good instructors and fellow co-workers leave because the company went through too many changes (ie; General Mangers, Sales Force, Instructors) due to no flexibility, people being promoted because they threatened to leave the company, a case of sexual harassment was handled improperly and this person was promoted to an assistant manager. There was too much drama that was not dealt with on a corporate level. Training Incentives were given to some employees and not to others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has been a while since I was employed at New Horizons. My understanding is management is much better."
