"Ask questions and be aware that there is little room for growth at this point."
What don't you like about working at NetWrix?
"After 13 months the CEO and CTO (owners) eliminated my position in favor of a Sr. VP. Odd, because the previous VP was let go within a matter of weeks while I continued to lead the charge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't be afraid to stretch yourselves for the growth of the business - sometimes it looks like you're losing when actually I was setting you up for future successes and stability."
