  "The challenges associated with ensuring you get the right solution for clients are rewarding. You really have to think out of the box to make choices that are applicable and cost effective. However, on the down side, Dell has grown to a size that the this is the way we've always done it mentality is very prevalent. Additionally, there is little appetite for investment in areas that can be proven to increase/expand business. Dell truly is a place of do the best with what you have."
